At Cinemark, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
